Client survey and feedback
As you may be aware, e-Tools already provides integration & API solutions from our software to other software applications. A survey was sent out recently inviting feedback about potential expansion of integration and APIs to serve your ongoing needs. The information we receive will help us define a clearer path for us and our clients. We continue to be open to suggestions, so please drop us a line to tell us what software you'd like to integrate to. Send your feedback to our General Manager, Mansoor Ali: mali@e-tools.com.au

Services Australia Direct B2G Claims
|
Certified B2G connection for simplified Home Care claims
e-Tools is 1 of 7 software providers certified to connect to Services Australia's Business to Government (B2G) Gateway for HCP claims. Home Care clients will be able to reconcile and submit claims in the most efficient way possible, using eREC (e-Tools Reconciliation) software. The data will flow seamlessly from eHCP to eREC, then directly to Services Australia, streamlining reporting and information exchange. The final touches are being made to integrate eREC software to the B2G Gateway. The upgrade and new functionality will be released in coming weeks. Contact us to secure your demo upon release.
We are in the process of expanding into Residential Care, Support at Home and NDIS as well, so we'll keep you updated on the progress.

e-Tools Support at Home (eSAH) is in production! We're happy to report solid progress is being made on the software framework. Long-standing clients will know that we are no strangers to major industry overhauls. Our approach will be similar to that of the Improved Payment Arrangements (IPA) -careful planning in advance, relying on the knowledge of our experienced team members, sourcing Government information appropriately, and keeping clients in the know.
The Government recently released further updates and a new SAH fact sheet, which we circulated to clients by email. Click here to access a copy of the fact sheet, if you missed the email.
If you've branched out as a new provider in Home Care or Home Support, onboard now to our eHCP and eHSP software applications. This will ensure enough time to prepare your data for a smooth changeover to Support at Home by July 2025. Book your free demo on info@e-tools.com.au / 03 9573 3277.

Cloud Hosting Fees To Be Reduced
|
You spoke, we listened!
When e-Tools embarked on the maiden voyage into SaaS-Cloud technology, it was unfamiliar territory. Nonetheless, we invested in the journey because we knew it would offer superior benefits to our clients and be the way of the future. Years down the track, we have refined our offerings and we always listened to what you had to tell us.
The recurring feedback we've received revolves mainly around the pricing of our SaaS-Cloud data hosting fee. Cloud technology infrastructure often has immense data storage requirements and can be very costly, however we've spent months investigating ways to reduce our costs and pass on the savings to our clients. We are currently narrowing down the options and as soon as we have a decision, we'll notify you with the details.
